Amy's Famous Rib Rub
This is the one that put us on the map!  Our original rib rub is a dry rub that was designed to be used on ribs, but is excellent on any pork or chicken.  It can also be used as a seasoning on any other food item.  We have many recommendations under our "Testimonials and Recipes" link.  The rub is applied to your meat of choice, then you let it marinate for at least an hour.  Then, all you have to do is grill or cook it to your liking, and enjoy!

Amy's Famous  Turkey Rub
This is not only the best turkey seasoning you will ever try, but it will take any poultry to the the next level!  Your turkeys will become legendary, guaranteed! This seasoning can be used by rubbing it into the poultry of your choice, and then roasting, grilling, or broiling it right away.  Or, for a more intense flavor with a kick, let the seasoning marinate a while, even overnight if you wish, and then cook to your liking.  Hold on to your hat because you will be in for quite a tasty treat!
