Amy's owner and head chef Amy Rexroat brought Amy's Edibles to the Internet in the 2009, with a vision of creating a little piece of cyberspace that could serve the needs of those with an appetite for unique gourmet specialty foods. Trained at The Culinary Institute of the Pacific, University of Hawaii, and University of Florida. Amy ran a successful cake business for seven years in Southwest Florida until she took a break to start her family. In 2008, with both children in school, she then decided to turn her passion for making food-based products into a business. Thus, Amy's Edibles was born.
Amy's Edibles went online in 2009. Before she created her first product, she vowed to only use the finest ingredients, and prepare each dish with an infusion of passion and creativity. Critics have been raving ever since. Customers agree... Amy's Edibles is simply the best.
